How wrong has Tower Hamlets Council controlling clique of Blairite liars been in bringing the Crossrail hole assault on the East End of London

I have been discussing the factual evidence on which the Khoodeelaar! Programme of legal actions against the Crossrail hole plot is based.
In the course of the analysis, I have shown how criminally active many of the defendants from the Tower Hamlets Council have been in backing this assault o the East End. As our programme of court actions is not being brought at criminal law, the main evidence will be presented in the context of the available possibilities for the invocation of the existing English law. That is a very demanding task, far more demanding than may be appreciated by those onlookers or viewers who have no direct experience of going to court.
In order to make the main facts clear to all parties concerned,
I am here updating a part of the discussion [begun in January 2004 when I detailed the significance of the two words ‘Brick Lane’ in the context of organising any campaign against the Crossrail hole assault] that will focus on the actual composition of the community in the context of the legal system in the UK.
As even today’s news [linked with Tower Hamlet’s losing £2.4 million in NHS funding] confirms, Tower Hamlets is on the facts, one of the POOREST boroughs in the UK
How then can it be that this same borough should be targeted for further impoverishment by the UK Government which will have to pay the major share of the cost of the Crossrail adventure?
Presumably the ‘same’ Government that keeps issuing ‘GNN' news daily alleging how concerned the Blairing regime is for the ‘welfare’ of communities such as the ‘poorest’ borough of Tower Ramjets!

How has the crass Crossrail plan been promoted for so long?
If it is true that the ‘petitioners’ were adversely effected by the plot how come those petitioners did not realise that petitioning the Crossrail hole plot bill select committee would not be the answer? Could not be the answer? Who had advised the majority of the petitioners from the east end of London that lodging petitions to the select committee would make any difference? On what historic evidence had they relied?
To answer these questions is to go deeply into the constitution [whatever it is supposed to be] of the uk. Also to go as deeply into what makes up, constitutes, the local community in the brick lane and Whitechapel London E1 area..
I have been already examining the matter and the evidence strongly points to the operation of the big business agenda which has been devised to disperse the local community in every or any direction so long as that is not in the direction of the city of London. The dispersal programme aimed at devastating and destroying the existing community composition of the Brick Lane London E1 area had been being but on a materially smaller scale. That was 30 years previously.
In the intervening 30 years and up to 2000-2002 when the actual deals on Crossrail hole were made by the local tower hamlets council which betrayed the community and sold its corporate entity to the bides from city of London interests. The evidence of the operation of the market agenda is remarkable.
